These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the app "echor" (the "App") provided by dannpen.
By using the App, Users agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Regarding Use)

Users shall use the App at their own responsibility.

The Operator may, as necessary, change the specifications of the App, add features, or suspend the App.

Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)

In using the App, Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Acts that infringe upon the rights or interests of others
Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
Unauthorized access or acts of a similar nature
Acts that use the App for improper purposes
Any other act that the Operator deems inappropriate

Article 3 (Regarding the Handling of Data)

Content that Users input into the App shall be managed at the Users' own responsibility.

The App strives to store data as safely as possible, but does not guarantee the completeness, continued retention, or prevention of loss of the stored content.

Please back up your data yourself as necessary.

Files created by the App's backup feature contain the content of the words and Notes you have input. Users shall, at their own responsibility, appropriately manage the save destination, sharing destination, and access to such files.

Backup files are saved in a format in which the content can be read. If the files contain highly confidential information, please take sufficient care in managing the save destination or sharing destination.

When you use the restore feature, the words and Notes currently stored in the App are replaced with the content of the selected backup file (this is not merged with the existing data). Users shall back up any necessary data before performing a restore.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

The copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the App belong to the Operator or the rightful rights holder.

However, the rights to any text or memos that Users themselves have input belong to the User.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Operator strives to provide the App safely and stably.

However, the Operator does not guarantee the completeness, continuity, or operation of the App.

The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

Article 6 (Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service)

The Operator may, as necessary, change the content of the App, suspend it, or discontinue it.

Upon discontinuation of the service, Users may become unable to access the data they have stored.

Article 7 (Amendment of these Terms)

These Terms may be amended as necessary.

Any amendments shall take effect from the time the revised content is posted on this page.

Article 8 (Use by Minors)

Minors should use the App only after obtaining the consent of a parent or guardian, as necessary.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.

In the event of any dispute relating to the App, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Operator shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
